Ciera Rogers is one of the thickest Instagram models in the game. Unless you have been sleeping under a rock you surely have seen some Ciera Rogers pics and videos. I first seen Ciera Rogers around 3 years ago. Well one day I was in downtown Manhattan in the Meatpacking district about to go to a restaurant and as I was walking in I see this INSANELY thick woman walking out.
